U.S. Congress Pennsylvania District 17
Conor Lamb shocked the nation with his upset victory in the March special election. Running on protecting Social Security and veterans' benefits and against Trump's tax cuts, he defeated a Republican in a district Trump won by 20 points. Now he's running again in November to represent the newly drawn 17th District in Western Pennsylvania.
