Dr. Kyle Horton is an internal medicine doctor with a business degree. She is ready to fight for all Americans at a time when Washington is in critical condition. The hardworking people of Eastern North Carolina are too often given a tough pill to swallow while politicians put the needs of lobbyists and special interests over their constituents' health and well-being. Dr. Kyle brings to the table a history of bipartisan leadership on issues of health care, clean water, and veterans advocacy. Too many Americans can’t find their footing as wages stay low, health care costs rise, and pocketbooks are under assault. Dr. Kyle will be a champion for universal health care, creating a path to citizenship for Dreamers, and raising the federal minimum wage. Dr. Kyle is committed to finding practical solutions to our toughest problems, from creating good-paying jobs to protecting our coast and drinking water.
