Robert is ready to continue the fight for progressive values in Colorado. He just won the Democratic nomination in the district, on a platform of free preschool and kindergarten, paid family leave, and universal health care. Robert was raised in the Denver suburbs and went to public schools here in Colorado. He has been working in his family's small business since 2008, with the goal of working within the criminal justice system to reform it. Robert has volunteered on issue and candidate campaigns, focusing on topics such as immigration reform, social justice, and health care. As the progressive candidate in the race, Robert is stepping up to be a powerful voice for the residents of Colorado. In addition to gaining the endorsement of MoveOn members, he has also been endorsed by a wide range of organizations and individuals such as the Colorado Working Families Party, Colorado Ceasefire, Colorado AFL-CIO, U.S. Representative Ed Perlmutter, state Senators Irene Aguilar and Lucia Guzman, state Representatives Crisanta Duran and James Coleman, and many more in Senate District 32 and across Colorado. He has even been named a "Gun Sense Candidate" by Moms Demand Action.

"MoveOn should endorse Robert Rodriguez, because he is committed to improving immigration, social justice, and health care. He also wants to reform the criminal justice system and make education more affordable." –Justin from Denver
