Shelly founded a mental health and social services outreach and treatment center in Lawrenceville, GA. If she wins her election on November 6, Shelly's top issues include expanding Medicaid in the state; environmental protection, especially as it relates to urban sprawl in Gwinnett County’s explosive growth; and inclusion both within her community and the Georgia Legislature.
